I’m building Disclo, an HR software helping to automate ADA accommodations so that employees can safely ask for support at work, and companies can stay compliant and efficient.
This work is deeply personal. ****In my early career, I underwent intensive treatment for Lyme disease and was hooked up to IV antibiotics for ~8 hours/ day. I struggled to balance my treatment and my job, sparking the idea for our first venture, Chronically Capable, launched in 2018 and now one of the most successful disability recruiting platforms in North America.
I also spend time as a public speaker, advocating for the rights of employees with disabilities, in hopes that we can create more equitable and inclusive workplaces for all.
